Brand new out of the box Dyad Pro: immediate E5 error

Help please, brand new out of the box Dyad Pro threw an E5 in my very first use in very first room. Relatively clean laminate floors.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    1. Could you please hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the device first, and then start the device to clean your room one more time?

    2. Please try the above-mentioned step for 3-5 times and see if the issue will go away.
