We have a S7 Max V we keep getting this error message, the dirty water tank is secured and we have checked the water filter, we have cleaned it and reinstalled it multiple times. Please help.
1. Remove the water filter to check if there is anything stuck on it or in the housing. Use a mop cloth to clean the water filter and its housing.
2. Check if the clean water tank and dirty water tank are well installed. When installed properly, they should be on the same level if you see them from the side.
3. Check if the latches of the clean water tank and dirty water tank are firmly buckled.
4. Check if the rubber seals on the dock are in position.
5. Check if the rubber ring inside the cover of the clean water tank and dirty water tank are in good shape.
6. Check if the floater on the water filter can go up and down properly.
