hey,. our robot worked for years very well. Last time it got stuck, can't even stop or start vacuuming. After I turned it off and on I lost all the maps.
After quick mapping I still see "Unsaved map found. Tap to review". I do tap, then click on save button - it complains about 'manually saved maps', nevermind. Return back, the same message again - unsaved map. When I try to edit - split rooms, set names etc - "save failed", but map changes. Back to main screen - the same - unsaved map. Click => map is the same as right after quick mapping. It's quite annoying, we can't use roborock right now.

one more update:
now tried to load our cleaning history - it's completely empty and it says 'network error' -> but this is weird, as our network is working properly and I'm able to connect to our roborock.

Please perform a basic reboot on the device. Remove the device off of the docking station, long-press on the power button until the device shuts off. Once the device has shut off, long-press on the power button again to turn it back on.
