I have a q5 and live in a 2 story house. The dock is on the 1st floor. I have mapped out both floors. On the 2nd floor, the vacuum gets about 85% done with the floor and then hits 20% battery and says it is returning to dock. It then says that it can't find the dock. I carry down stairs and hit the home button. It figures out where it is and then goes and docks. It never tries to resume so it won't finish the 2nd floor. What am I doing wrong?

When you brought the robot to the 1st floor, the mapping process was interrupted and robot won't resume cleaning.

If you don't want to bring the dock to the second floor, please try steps below.

1.Fully charge the robot

2.Adjust the suction level to balance and bring the robot to the 2nd floor.

3.Map the 2nd floor. Once the mapping is finished, pls bring the robot to the 1st floor and place it on dock. Then the 2nd map will be saved.
