Error 17 - Side Brush Stop Spinning

My Roborock s5 max issues error 17 - which is side brush stop spinning. According to Manual Book, try to system reset. I have done soft rest, but side brush still not working. Please help some advice. Thank You

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Hi thanks for reaching out.

    If you find the side brush is not spinning/rotating anymore, please try the methods below:

    1. Does it happen occasionally or permanently? Does it happen on carpet only, or also on hard floor?

    2. Kindly check if there's anything tangled in the side brush. If there is, remove them and try again.

    3. Stop/pause the cleaning, quickly rotate the side brush clockwise & counterclockwise rapidly, and then check if the issue will go away.
