  • Hello, thanks for reaching out.

    Would you pls manually push away the washing module that stands on the water filter, and then see if the water filter can be taken out?

    @RR_Support:

    The Roborock water filter is stuck in the S8 Pro Max machine, causing inconvenience. While the device efficiently cleans floors, this issue hampers its functionality. Retrieving the filter requires careful handling to avoid damage. The situation becomes critical if the filter is necessary for maintaining clean, allergen-free air. Such incidents highlight the importance of quality control in manufacturing. In extreme cases, delays in resolving such technical glitches might impact those reliant on the device, akin to a shortage of medical supplies in emergencies.
