Hi all,
I bought a Roborock S7 a few days ago and I've been having this extremely annoying noise coming out of it when the brush is installed as you can see in the links above.
Seems like the brush is not leveled to the floor.
The noise is getting louder and louder every run.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Good evening.
I have the same problem.
Terrible extraneous noise ...
The robot is new, but here it is ... I was very upset :(

The noise comes from the brush. When I take off the brush, there is no extra noise.
What could be the problem?
Hi, thanks for your reaching out.
The noise seems to be coming from the rubber main brush touching the floor when it's turning at high speed. Please don't worry about it. That won't affect the robot's performance nor cause damage to your floor.
Best regards.
I am having the exact same issue. It seems to be coming from the brush when the s7 is turning. It's really loud and annoying. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi,

It seems that the noise is from main brush touching the uneven floor. Please don't worry, it won't cause damage to the floor.
Hi, we feel sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I'm sorry we can not access the video. Would you please upload the video to some other channels like google drive?
It is suggested to upload the video online like to google drive and send us the video link if the video is large (please give open access to the video/or choose it as "any one view this website can access").
I am having the same issue. Though it might be normal, it is really annoying, and not expected from a top tier robot. It defeats the purpose of having a quiet mode. I have a baby at home who wakes up by that noise, it's so loud.
Thanks for posting. We're always looking for ways to improve the user experience and we appreciate your feedback.
