Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with my new Saros R10. On hard floors, even at maximum suction power in combination vacuuming/mopping mode, it leaves larger crumbs such as rice or biscuit crumbs behind. The only way to pick up these crumbs is to run it in pure vacuum mode with the turbo mode. That can't be right! Roborock support responded that the device is working normally. If that's really the case, this was my last Roborock. I started with the S7 and then moved on to the S8 Pro Ultra, and I've never had any problems with them. Of course, I checked everything that could be checked and that could cause poor suction performance.

Hello! I just recently noticed that the dust filter of my Roborock Q7 L5 is missing and i've looked everywhere for it and can't find it. I don't remember exactly when it went missing but it's nowhere to be found!! the whole filter that you pop off and clean. After some thinking i thought maybe i accidentally dropped it into the trash while dumping out the dirt in the big compartment, since i usually flip it over and let the contents fall into the trash, and since the dust filter box never did click in, it would only kind of go in place but was never really secure. I really hope this wasn't the problem and it's somewhere around my house...! i've looked up replacement parts but all i see is a replacement for the WHOLE dustbin or just the replacement filter pads. Help!!
